PiYo

Howdy!  Here is where I am so far:

Thursday July 3rd: Day 5 - Rest
Friday, July 4th: Day 6 - Define Lower Body
Saturday, July 5th: Should've been Day 7 but had an extra rest day
Sunday, July 6th: Day 7 -  Define Upper Body
Monday, July 7th: Day 8 - Sweat <-- hard="" p="" this="" was="">Tuesday, July 8th: Day 9 -  Define Lower Body

Wow- didn't realize I had gone so many days without blogging.  Wanted to give it a little more time so I could think about the program more.  I can definitely do the 20 minute workouts.  They are nice in that I can do the moves and not have to stare at the screen because she talks you through the movements.

When I do the 40 minute sweat session, it is definitely much more challenging.  I just have a harder time with endurance being able to last that long.  Maybe had gotten too spoiled with my 25 minute sessions :D.

These are easier on most of my body, but been a bit hard on my bad ankles still.  Hoping it all improves over time!!
